When assessing your product, please remember that timber is a product that can come with defects that cannot be controlled (this includes splits, cracks, knots, sap etc). It is also subject to natural changes in colour and possibly eventual shrinkage. We cannot accept responsibility for these as it is not within our control. ·

Your base must be flat paving, flags or similar. An unsuitable base can affect the life of your shed and how it sits. If our fitters deem your base unsuitable, they may choose to return at a later date. This will incur an additional delivery charge. If you have grass, see our metal base options. If you have them build your shed on a base that is not flat, we cannot take responsibility for the way this affects the shed (eventual dropped doors, leaning, undue pressure). ·

It is important for the safety of our fitters that there is clear access to your base. Should there be any restrictions (such as excessive lifting, distance, or an environment that the fitters deem risky), they have the right to charge an additional fee or, in extreme cases refuse to erect. ·

We insist on customers painting their products with wood preserve as soon as possible and then annually. We offer a treatment service which covers you for up to a year for an additional cost. ·

While we strive to honour our original delivery date, on rare occasions through forces out of our control, this is not always possible. While we understand this could be inconvenient, this does not entitle you to a refund of any amount as we will deliver as soon as possible. ·

Our fitters would appreciate if customers could clear their gardens of any dog waste, toys or anything that could be considered a hazard. We cannot be responsible of any breakages that occur during fitting, e.g. garden ornaments. · All prices are for 12mm boarding. Show site models may vary in appearance, colour and thickness. ·

Any cancellations made within a week of the original collection/delivery/fitting date will result in us keeping 30% of the product total value. ·

If you need to delay the arrival of your shed, you need to let us know as soon as possible - at least a week before it is due to arrive at your property - and have a date in mind of when you are ready. Should you delay your shed with no idea of a date and then fail to contact us for two months, we will keep your deposit. This is to help cover our losses from having to pay to have your shed made. ·

If you opt to use our take down service, then we are only able to take and dispose of the panels of your old shed. Please do not add additional shelving/fencing/other household waste to this, we will not take it.
