- 2. Failure to mention an arch/through-house access could lead to you buying a building that won't fit. If this happens you will not be entitled to a refund, we will be forced to leave it on your drive.
- 3. Generally we prefer not to carry shed panels through houses as it is rarely a straight path. It is not always possible to carry panels around furniture and if it is it generally dramatically effects the timings for following jobs.
- 4. Bases - Please ensure you have a solid and flat base. If we arrive to an unsatisfactory base we will not be able to erect and you will need to pay for the shed so we can leave it there until you are ready.
- 5. The bigger your shed, the better the base you need. Many of the larger building come with two part floors that need to be attached on sight - if you base is not flat we can't do this successfully.
- 6. Route to shed - Please make sure there is clear access to your base. PLEASE clear up dog poo - it really isn't nice for our fitters to have to try to dodge this when carrying your new shed in!
- 7. Aftercare - You will need to paint your shed with waterproof products to prevent leaks and weather damage. Oil based stain is best. We also offer a service where we spray underneath the floor for you.
- 8. Sometimes sheds can attract moss and mildew due to condensation. This is easily treated but can also be prevented - there is lots of info on Google on how to prevent mildew in your shed.
- 9. Cancellations - Sheds are made around a week and a half before they come to you - you will need to give us 2 weeks notice to cancel a custom building.
- 10. Imperfections - Sometimes there can be minor blemishes on sheds such as knotholes, minor splitting, knocks etc. This is the nature of using Pine and is not something we can control.

- 2. All sheds are unused stock unless stated otherwise and come with all fixings, felt etc.
- 3. Colour of sheds will vary compared to stock photo used.
- 4. We will try our best to deliver in stock items quickly, but sometimes it can be up to 3 weeks due to being busy.
- 5. Sometimes faster delivery can be available if you can help the driver off the truck with your shed.
